Do I need to be technical?

No. Every 1-on-1 session sets up a workflow once, and after that you just type in an address, a document set, or an applicant's info and get back a formatted result. No formulas, no code, nothing to maintain. The Introductory Course is built for non-technical agents from the ground up.

What is Claude and do I need to pay for it?

Accepted Answer

Claude is an AI assistant made by Anthropic (similar to ChatGPT). Every workflow-based service runs inside your own Claude account, which needs a Pro or Max plan — $20–$100/month depending on usage. We'll talk through which plan makes sense for you on the call. The One-Off CMA is the exception: you don't need Claude at all for that one.

What's the difference between the one-off services and the 1-on-1 sessions?

The 1-on-1 sessions (CMA Workflow, Board Package Review, Multiple Bid Offer Summary, Rental Applicant Analysis, Board Package Creation, Introductory Course) set up a workflow inside your own Claude account that you keep and run yourself afterward. The One-Off CMA is different — it's a single $50 purchase where we build and deliver one comparative market analysis for you directly, no Claude account or session required.

What happens after I pay?

For the 1-on-1 sessions, you're taken directly to Calendly to pick a time slot, and you'll get a confirmation email right away. For the One-Off CMA, there's no call to book — you'll get the finished analysis by email, typically within 3–8 hours during the business day. If anything comes up, email eli@realagentics.ai.

What do I need before booking a session?

An active Claude Pro or Max account and the Claude desktop app installed on your computer — that covers every session-based service. The CMA Workflow additionally needs access to Compass's listing search (as a Compass agent, or another arrangement that gives you that access) and a free StreetEasy account. If you don't have these yet, we can get everything set up before or during the session.

What do I get from a 1-on-1 session?

A working Claude plugin inside your own account that you run yourself going forward. By the end of the call, the workflow is live on your computer and we run it on one of your real cases together so you see it work before we hang up.

How soon can I use a workflow after the session?

Accepted Answer

Immediately. We test it live during the session on a real case of yours. You leave with it already running.

What's the One-Off CMA, and how is it different from the CMA Workflow session?

Accepted Answer

The CMA Workflow ($99) sets up a Claude plugin inside your own account that you run yourself on any listing going forward — you need Compass/StreetEasy access and a Claude Pro or Max account. The One-Off CMA ($50) skips all of that: give us a property address and your email, and we build and deliver a finished comparative market analysis directly — no Claude account or Compass/StreetEasy access needed on your end. Typical turnaround is 3–8 hours during the business day.

Is Compass access required for everything?

Accepted Answer

Only for the CMA Workflow, which pulls comps from Compass and StreetEasy — you'll need access to Compass's listing search (as a Compass agent or another arrangement that gives you that access) plus a free StreetEasy account. The One-Off CMA needs no access from you at all. The other services (Board Package Review, Multiple Bid Offer Summary, Rental Applicant Analysis, Board Package Creation) work off documents you upload during the session, not Compass.

What's the Introductory Course?

A 60-minute 1-on-1 Google Meet where we cover what AI is, how to use it for real estate tasks, and set up one workflow together live. It's built for agents who want a structured foundation rather than googling their way through it.

Do you build automations outside of Claude?

Accepted Answer

Yes — beyond the Claude-based workflows on this site, I also build custom automations with Make, Zapier, or n8n that connect your CRM, email, calendar, and listing tools. No Claude account needed. See Custom Automations for examples and pricing.

Does my data leave my Claude account?

Accepted Answer

No, for every session-based workflow — it runs entirely inside your own Claude account and nothing is sent anywhere else. The One-Off CMA is different by design: since we're building the analysis for you, you do send us the property address and your email so we can deliver the finished file.
