Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book a 1-on-1 session or purchase the One-Off CMA, we collect your email address and process payment through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. For 1-on-1 sessions, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name and email to confirm your appointment. For the One-Off CMA, we also collect the property address (and optional unit number/notes) you submit so we can build your analysis.

The Claude plugins

Several of our services — CMA Workflow, Board Package Review, Multiple Bid Offer Summary, Rental Applicant Analysis, and Board Package Creation — install a plugin inside your own Claude account during a 1-on-1 session. Any credentials you enter into a plugin (such as Compass or StreetEasy login details) are stored locally within your own Claude instance. We never transmit, receive, or have access to those credentials.

The One-Off CMA

This one works differently, since there's no session and no plugin on your end. The property address, notes, and email you submit at checkout are sent to Stripe along with your payment and used only to build and deliver your analysis — we don't keep a separate database of orders. We build the CMA ourselves, using the same Compass/StreetEasy access as our other services, and email the finished file to you directly from our own inbox. It isn't shared with any third party, sold, or used for anything beyond fulfilling that one order.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling 1-on-1 sessions, and Resend to send us an internal order notification when a One-Off CMA is purchased. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

Your data

We don't sell your data. Your email and any property address you submit are used only to fulfill your order or confirm your booking. To request deletion, email eli@realagentics.ai.
