When you book a session, we collect your email address and process a $100 payment. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name and email to confirm your appointment.
During the session, you install a plugin inside your own Claude account. Any credentials you enter into that plugin (such as Compass or StreetEasy login details) are stored locally within your Claude instance. We never transmit, receive, or have access to those credentials.
We use Stripe for payments and Calendly for scheduling. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect on our behalf.
We don't sell your data. Your email is used only to confirm your booking and follow up on the session. To request deletion, email eli@realagentics.ai.
