Full refund
Email eli@realagentics.ai to cancel and you'll receive a full refund.
3 days to 24 hours before your session
80% refund
Email eli@realagentics.ai to cancel and you'll receive an 80% refund of the amount paid.
Inside 24 hours of your session
No refund — reschedule instead
Cancellations this close in aren't refundable, but you can email eli@realagentics.ai to reschedule to a new time at no charge. This applies once per booking — see below.
No-shows
No refund
If you don't show up for your session and didn't cancel or reschedule ahead of time, it's treated the same as a cancellation inside 24 hours: no refund.
One reschedule per booking
Each booking includes one free reschedule, regardless of when you request it. After that, moving the session again is treated as a new booking and follows the tiers above if you need to cancel.
If we need to reschedule
If Eli needs to cancel or move a session, you'll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to a new time, no matter how close to the session it is.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5 business days.
How to request
Email eli@realagentics.ai with your name and the service you booked. Cancellations, reschedules, and refund requests are all handled by email, not by phone or through the booking calendar.
